Using camdiv.cam means agreeing to the terms on this page between you and CamDiv. We kept them short and plain on purpose, so reading them should take a few minutes rather than an afternoon.

Eligibility

Only adults, meaning 18 or above and legally able to enter contracts where they live, may use CamDiv. Anyone who does not meet that bar should leave the site. Accounts we suspect belong to a minor will be closed.

Accounts

A first chat does not require registration. Once you create or log in to an account, guard the login details carefully, because activity under that account counts as yours. If you suspect someone else has got in, let us know at [email protected].

Conduct you sign up for

Strangers can only enjoy CamDiv if they behave decently toward each other. By using the site you promise you will not:

Display, send or ask for sexual material, nudity or anything at all involving minors.
Threaten, harass, bully or belittle anyone, hate speech included.
Run scams, beg for money, advertise, spam or pass along harmful links.
Record or circulate someone else’s chat without permission, or expose their private details.
Pretend to be another person, or lie about how old you are.
Disrupt the service, scrape it, or dodge a ban with a fresh account.

Coins, memberships and rewards

Coins and memberships are digital goods that exist only inside CamDiv. You cannot cash them out, hand them to someone else or spend them on another platform. The number of free matches and the size of Reward Center drops can change. Payments are final unless local law entitles you to a refund; if a purchase misbehaved, email support and attach the receipt.

What members say and show

Every word you type, every sound you make and everything you put in front of the camera is your responsibility. Because chats happen live, CamDiv cannot screen them ahead of time and does not answer for what other members do. We do respond to reports and close accounts that ignore these terms or the community guidelines.

Restrictions and removal

An account may be limited, paused or closed if it breaks these terms, endangers other members or drags CamDiv into legal trouble. Coins and memberships attached to a closed account can be forfeited. Disagree with a decision? Send your appeal to [email protected].

Limits on our responsibility

CamDiv comes without guarantees: the site may go down, contain bugs or deliver a match you do not enjoy. So far as applicable law allows, indirect or knock-on losses from using the site fall outside our liability. Statutory rights that cannot legally be waived remain fully yours.

Revisions and contact

These terms can change; the header date always reflects the current text, and continued use after an update signals your acceptance. CamDiv at camdiv.cam has no link to camdiv.com. Send questions to [email protected].
